The Grant Assistant (GA) will work under the supervision of the Program coordinator and will be responsible for managing the entire grant cycle of multiple funding programs. This includes developing and implementing grant application strategies, researching and analyzing available grant offers, drafting application letters and administrative and technical files, following up on responses from donor agencies and organizations, and drafting final reports and grant control procedures. Report on active grants and processing new potential partners into grantees. This may include identifying deliverables and creating appropriate agreements for field projects. Ensure complete and timely interdepartmental processing to expand current MG operations. This position will also support the programs Coordinator to identify, screen, and maintain partnerships with international donors (ECHO, OCHA, BHA, UN) alongside the program managers in the field office and maintain organization-wide adherence to meet internal and external grant management quality standards, donor guidelines, and related compliance processes.
